I did not get to post my Friday Flower due to my injured thumb. It is well enough now that I can once again crochet. If I bump it is is still a bit ouchy but for the most part it is healing nicely. I therefore made this lovely flower for my sister who does so much for me. I will be slipping it into a card tomorrow and mailing it off to her.
I got the pattern for this from Nezumi World. She makes such lovely things and has a wonderful blog. I used worsted weight yarn instead of cotton.I made this flower because Sis received this brilliantly colored and huge plant from her boss and thought perhaps she would like to make a Thank You card for him using it.
He is such a nice person and sis does many things for him outside what is considered part of her job duties. But then he is a friend also and sis does have that ever generous heart. She has been so busy these days that she has not even had time to post to her blog.That's it today. Ghost, OUT!
