Kaleidoscope Ghan Finished

Well, I finally finished this ghan, started so very many months ago. It was a gift for my sister who loves kaleidoscopes since she was a child. Didn't we all, and some of us, including me still do! I had to ship it here unfinished because I did not have time to complete the final round of the border before leaving home.

I know I promised shots of my progress and I do have them but they are at home and I am still in California so these will have to do. The yarn used in the ghan was all scraps donated to me by my sister and by June (Spring Sunshine by Red Heart). The Red Heart was used in the border and I felt it was a perfect choice for this ghan with it's bright and varied colors. Thanks to both you lady's for your kind donations.

The hook size was an "I" believe. I was so pleased to do this ghan even though it took me so long to complete I just love it finished and I think sis does too!

Now, I am going to try and catch up on some of my visits by doing one person a day. I promise I will get to everyone, eventually.

That's it today. Ghost, OUT!

i had a kaledescope when I was a kid ! I spent hours
looking thru it ! I bet that is why I love lots of colors in yarn !

That came out beautiful. We all have a fondness for kaleidoscopes, I had one as a kid too, and loved it!

Way way beyond beautiful!!! No wonder you both love it. It is sooooooooo bright, fun, and cherry. I love how it turned out.

Your work is always so incredible.

Sorry to loose your skilled hands on the Bridge project; but am grateful to have had the help previously. You've helped a great many people. Well done indeed.

Again many thanks
Sandy
