Lost Hat Replaced

My sister created a hat for my daughter and one for me quite a while ago. When we moved my daughter lost hers. This photo is a replacement that I just finished of that lost hat. It is not the same colors. You can see the originals here.

Mine is made with an "I" hook and I had to copy my hat to get the design used. My yarn was Bernat Handicrafter Cotton in Mayflower. It is a yarn that I received free when Bernat made a special offer. This was an unexpected task of love. My daughter kept mentioning that she missed it so much. I felt I had to replace it even though it took a long time to make. And I did do a final round of reverse sc, or crab stitch.

Ghost, OUT!

A gift made in love is always appreciated. How sweet of you! Looks great, and warm too. Perfect time for a nice warm hat.
