I finally finished the
GC CAL Afghan. My hook size was an "I". I used Red Heart in all colors except for the Jonquil and Scarlet which were both Caron One Pounders. This is the ghan not laid out and with the one corner showing with the border.
I added two extra panels to the sides and enclosed it all at the top and bottom with extra panels also. This is a photo of the border I added.
Since I added the extra panels around I only added three border rounds instead of the five called for in the pattern as written. I am glad it is done, it was fun but now this is the last you will hear about this project. I am on to other things now. This photo has no border added to it yet.
